Condition & Warranty

Condition: All selling items are brand new. (A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging).

Warranty: All items come with 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Shipping & Dispatch time

Your purchase will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Parcels within United Kingdom are delivered by Evri or Royal Mail our trusted partners using express or standard delivery service so your parcel will be with you from next working day and no later than 8 working days. You will be in touch to set up a delivery day and time.

Express UK delivery costs £5.95 and standard delivery is free.

Parcels within the European Union are delivered by Evri or Royal Mail our trusted partners using the Standard International delivery service, so your parcel will reach you within approximately 12 working days. You will be in touch to set up a delivery day and time.

Standard international delivery within the European Union costs £25 and will be paid in local currency

Return & Refund policy

This return policy is valid for the United Kingdom and European Union countries

If you change your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery or first attempted delivery to return the item(s).

  • The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defect received product.
  • With most packages the return labels are in the box, if it missing send us an email at welcome@tradersdeals.co.uk or contact us via contact form and we will send you return label digitally. You can then print it out and attach it to your return package.

Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Factory sealed items must be returned factory sealed. So only products in New* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New - These are unopened products in their original packaging and never been used.

  • Unused and with all original components
  • In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
  • In a resaleable condition with security seals intact

Once we receive and verify your return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Card payments may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.

Things to note:
If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.
We might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was supplied by us.
